Feel-Rite Fresh Market

"I used to LOVE the Feel Rite stores; the concept, the people, the products, everything. I loved knowing that I’m not the only health-conscience person and that there are others who also want to gain knowledge about human health. There were always health demonstrations and flyers posted about healthy local events or facilities; it was a nice place to go to escape the declining food culture. I don’t know what happened in recent years; but Feel Rite has become nothing more than another junk food store. I mentioned this a few times to staff members, pointing out all the candies, baked goods, cookies and processed foods that I try to avoid. The response I got was “Our store is so close to the college campus, so we cater to what the young students buy.”. I’m so disheartened with that response. Feel Rite, please stick to your convictions and don’t let greed turn you into yet another candy store. Even college kids should have resources to feel “rite”."

"I love the things they have but the staff can be a little too helpful. I went in to grab some protein powder and in the 10mins I was there in was asked 6 times if needed help. Makes it so hard time actually look and make selections when everyone few mins someone is interrupting."

"I live in Niagara County. On June 22 I was at a pizzeria there and decided to go into Feel Rite fresh market. I bought a bottle of vitamins called Whole Earth and Sea. (Not cheap). I was busy talking to the cashier and didn’t get my receipt. A couple days later when I was ready to open the bottle of vitamins I decided to look at the box and discovered at the bottom of the box the expiration date was July 2023. I called a closer Feel Rite location to me to see if I could exchange the product there being that I live in Niagara County and I was told no I had to go out to the location I bought the product at. Also because I did not have a receipt I only had two days. That’s not easy when you work 10 hour workdays. Manager please check your products to ensure you don’t have, within days expiring products on your shelf very disappointed."

"Feel Rite is a little market that not only sale alot of healthy items, but they have available alot of organic items. You can also find alot of vegan, and gluten free items. The fresh produce, organic coffee, as well as frozen food items including dinners and soups are vast and good quality. We come for alot of their organic medicines and herbal pills. I don't do all my shopping here, but when I need that one natural supplement I come here first."
