"I just called this office to hopefully get an intake for outsource genetic testing, none of which is actually done by the practice; a clinician is simply required by the company and my GP refused to do it. Anyways, whoever “Emily” is sucks. She’s disrespectful and dismissive. I called and left a detailed message, only to receive a call back an hour later, interrupting me while I attempted to explain, saying that “[they] can’t do that.” I hung up, and 20 minutes later received another call from Emily saying she consulted Dr. Nalbone and he said they could do that for me. Ridiculous. Let’s hope Dr. Nalbone is better than the rude, lazy, sad receptionist “Emily.”"
