"Do not waste time or money going to this location: 111 Dahlgren Place. I had a 1pm appointment today, the Thursday prior when setting up the appointment the receptionist said she would send me the address because I was not familiar with the location. The day of my appointment, I tried calling them just to make sure. Their phone line had no dial tone. I waited until 12 noon and choose another extension to confirm my appointment at their Bayside location. The Bayside location explained they were not sure of the reason they were not answering their phones but was able to confirm my 1pm appointment. I paid $27 to get to my appointment in the pouring rain, on arrival the receptionist was on the phone with her head down and did not acknowledge me. A lady came from the side to ask the reason I was there, I explained that I had an appointment. The lady then tells me that she called me earlier to let me know the doctor was not coming in today. She told me their phone line was off the hook and they just realized it. I never received a phone call and asked if she left a message to inform me of the cancellation. She just smirked and said no. As if leaving a message would not have saved me the trip to the office. She was not apologetic about the inconvenience. I am annoyed by their unprofessionalism and I went out of my way to confirm my appointment before going. I even sent an email to the center before another location confirmed my appointment. I will never ever use or recommend this center for anything. I do not believe they are capable to help, treat or have empathy for anyone visiting them for assistance."

"I only give this 2 stars because the receptionist was friendly. I called in last month. I was put in intake. I never heard back. Message box totally full. I was told I would be called back within 3 days. It is nearly a month now with zero communication."
