"Love the daycare and care the teachers put into watching my daughter. She's learned so much because of them and she feels so comfortable there which speaks volumes."
"Everyone does a great job and is super friendly. I'm glad to have my kid somewhere fun and safe."
"We've sent our foster son here for about 16 months now. It's been a wonderful experience. Great staff and great space. I highly recommend."
"Incredibly unprofessional all around. First of all, they never return calls. I called weekly since April and spoke to people who told me they would take down my name and number and have someone call me back. No one ever called me back and I FINALLY got to speak to someone in July about registering my daughter. My daughter started daycare here and they kicked her out on her first day. My daughter is 21 months old and they put her in a room with 2 and 3 year olds and expected her to be able to understand and listen as well as them. I dropped her off at 8:30 and was supposed to pick her up at 4, but they called me at 11:30 to come get her because she was "having some trouble". Well obviously she's having trouble, it's her first time at daycare and away from both her parents. When I got there to pick her up they tell me she was throwing tantrums, rolling on the ground, running off at the playground, and running out of her classroom (I don't know why they leave the door open anyway). To me that seems like fairly normal toddler behavior ESPECIALLY for it being her first day. I asked them if she can come back tomorrow and try again and they tell me that they "don't think they can meet her needs here" and we should look elsewhere. Not only that, but they gave me a number and referred me to a different daycare that specializes in kids with behavioral problems. So after knowing my child for 3 hours they had the audacity to say that my 1 year old has behavioral problems. You would think that people working in childcare would understand that there's an adjustment period and it's normal for a child to be upset after leaving their parents for the first time. So instead of switching her to another class that is more suited to her age group or atleast giving her more time to adjust, they kicked her out after 3 hours. Now I have to find a new daycare short notice because they're not equipped to handle toddler behavior."
"Had the worst experience ever! Kick my daughter from Daycare right at the second day, didn't gave her the chance to adapt her self since it was her first time on daycare ever or with strangers. Even telling the manager about her speech delay and that this was a hard time for her.Staff is not prepared at all and have no ethic to work with special kids. This was just a racism act!"
