"I ordered the first photo for my aunt's birthday to be delivered on a Friday. The second three pictures show what she received - a day late. These products are from Dollar General, and the photo shows Harry and David. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. Stay away."

"Do NOT use this florist!!! I paid for a bouquet to be sent to my brother-in-law after his surgery. The bouquet was NEVER DELIVERED!! Tried multiple times to contact them...they NEVER RESPONDED...AND their phone number doesn't even work!! DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! AND THEY DONT DELIVER WHAT I PAID FOR!!!"

"DO NOT order flowers from Belky’s! I ordered flowers for my MIL to be delivered between Tues-Thursday, and they did not get there until 12:30AM Friday morning. Then they sat out in the elements *all evening in the rain* (and also we’re munched on by local critters). The delivery was not even close to being within normal business hours. I tried calling for two days now, but no one is answering and their voicemail is full (not really surprising I guess). I sincerely hope this review saves someone money, time, and peace of mind to not do business with Belky’s. You deserve better."

"If I could leave 0 stars I would my family ordered flowers for my mothers birthday and had them delivered to her work (she is a school teacher). The flowers weren’t delivered until 2 days after the confirmed delivery date. I called several times no one would answer or call me back. Once they were finally delivered it was after school hours so they just left the arrangement outside. And to top it all off the arrangement was small and nothing like the one we chose. Don’t order from here."
