"I use Publix Deli for all of my party tray orders. Normally I am pleased with the deli services this is why I am giving it a 4. This time my order wasn't ready, and it wasn't filled properly. I had to wait over 40 mins then didn't get all of the trays. With that said the customer service of the deli staff was still great. They were very apological."
