"Your online grocery pickup has gone downhill significantly. The last two orders that I have placed have been messed up. Last time my order was given to a stranger because "jail" and "Jill " got mixed up. After the initial frustration, I chuckled and moved on. But this time I'm waiting 30 minutes to just find out that you only had half of my confirmed order ready for pickup and was trying to shop for the rest where then I was advised 3 of my key ingredients I needed was no longer available. So 2 more grocery stops - 1 for the missing items and 1 for an incorrect item you gave me. Provided me gift card for my inconvenience and I realized that part of that is the money you didn't refund me back for the missing items."
