"Went to get a sandwich and deli person allowed someone to skip us.. and finally the other lady was making orders and another lady ask me would would I like.. and she was told no.. not to make mine. And make the preorders for people that were 10 minutes late.. we stood there for 15 minutes.. while they made 2 sandwiches.. never going back to this location for deli. We dropped all our groceries and walked out. Horrible customer service."

"Barbie in the deli department was wonderful! Courteous, friendly, attention to detail and such great energy! I will definitely be back! Publix is very lucky to have an employee such as her. It's a challenge coming across such great customer service like that these days."

"Ordered a sub at 11 am. Lady started making it ,said she only had 5 loaves of bread left. Put mayonnaise on bread and left. She said nobody sliced enough meat for subs. Waited 10 more minutes while she cut and stocked all the meat . All thus time, no one else helped her and my sub sat there with mayo!!! Not the Publix experience I expected!"

"The deli couldn’t make 2 out of the three sandwiches I’d ordered. They called five minutes before pickup time to tell me they were out of tuna and sauerkraut. I would have gone somewhere else but I was already in the store. When I pointed out to a deli employee that the ticket on the one sandwich they were able to make had indicated that I wanted it toasted and it wasn’t, she didn’t offer a solution. She yelled, and I mean yelled, “Thank you for shopping at Publix Happy New Year!” Then she walked away. Worst grocery store experience I’ve had in years."

"I have been coming here since the store opened and have never had a problem until within the last maybe 6 -9 months. Debra in the deli is the most nastiest unprofessional person working in the deli. She is very rude ! When I see her , I either wait for another associate or just not get anything all together. In my years of coming to this location, I have grew a great customer/associate relationship with several employees and enjoy coming to my local store but hate going to the deli when she is there. I will go to another store just for the deli"
