"For the love of all things good in the world fix the run off problem on 19E between the college and Mountain Glenn! No reason for tax payers to put their lives in jeopardy because you will not scrape the side of the road or clear the drainage ditch. Ask the High school FFA to do it if your department can’t do the simplest of task. Avery county has the money.. just not the initiative."

"They need to update their medieval communication methods. They don't always call people (if they do at all) to let the person know they have arrived to pick them up (especially unprofessional at an apartment complex) ESPECIALLY when they don't tell you what time they're picking you up (my understanding is that they're supposed to let you know the day before.) Apparently they used to have an automated service that would call the night before and tell you when your pickup would be. That would be nice. As for all of the other issues with transportation logistics, I will leave it there for today."
