"For e second time in less than 2 weeks, my shipments that were supposedly delivered were not delivered anywhere near the address listed. It is impossible to ever reach anyone and I cannot even find this last package that was delivered yesterday. It NEVER came to the porch they claim it did because we waited on it. Your delivery service is horrible and both times I left a contact phone number and no one ever called. Your tracking numbers never show where you actually took the package."
