"You never know when you are going to need a tow! This last Thursday we were traveling from Tennessee to Sugar Mountain for a weekend full of snowboarding. We were traveling with our two dogs who were ready to be out of the truck after 5 long hours of driving. Our GPS routed us through an undeveloped neighborhood that had switchback roads with 1.5’ of untouched snow. We have 4WD and experience driving in snowy conditions. Long story short, we ended up in a ditch. Our dogs freaking out, and very limited cell service. I called almost every tow company I could find and none were able to help. BUT WAIT! We came across South Ridge and he was quick to answer, friendly and prompt. He was on his way within minutes and there within 30mins. Thank goodness we found him! 10/10 would recommend."

"The other Friday night my son and I were coming down Table Rock Road from visiting some friends camping and I got a flat. Literally no sooner than my wheels hit the gravel from the paved patch at the very top. I rode down the entire road having a panic attack and spotty service. Till my psi said 3 and I hit the paved road at the bottom near the nice houses. South Ridge Towing & Recovery came and saved me! I didn’t have to wait very long and he kept in touch with me (as best we could with my service). Was a very nice guy! Didn’t make me feel uncomfortable at all which is important as a female alone with a kid down a dark road in the middle of nowhere. Definitely recommend!"
