"USPS is awful. The phone # sends you to a automated voice service that asks for tracking numbers and letters that may not have from the distributor. Then hangs up and will NOT connect you to a person to explain. My advice don’t order anything that comes through USPS. Only private mailing companies, FedEx or UPS, they hold employees accountable unlike any government funded business."

"They gave my package to someone esle that was NOT supposed to get it. So i never get it then i call to c where it was they told me what happen so i wanted a refund who wouldn't. They then told me to. Bring the receipt to the post office. so i did then she tell me that i needed to take it up with the girl who got it. i was shocked... i didnt give the wroge preson the package u did. So i leave and call the head Office they hear me out and. They would pay me back so now i have a letter that i didnt know was coming i wasnt home so they leave a note so i send the note with someone to go get it and call and tell then they want give it to them ok so i call a again can my mailman deliver it to me tomorrow NO she already deliver it once well yall have done nothing. But be rude to me and disrespected me. i really just dont want to deal with u no more. Dealing with newlands post office is a nightmare"

"Letter to the editor: Concerning the Newland, NC Post Office. So I order a large package again, put exactly what the Post Office told me to put which is my physical address the #sign with my my PO Box number to get a package delivered to my house. And what happens? They don't deliver it to my house again. To hear the idiot at the Post Office tell me that their vehicles aren't big enough to carry these packages, seriously, whose problem is that? Then why are you accepting packages to be delivered? How exactly do you expect handicapped or folks without vehicles to pick up these from the PO? After the last major screw up I was told by the Post Master General that our packages absolutely should be delivered to our homes and they still aren't doing it. They will deliver to some people in our neighborhood and not to others. They can't pick and choose who they will do home delivery to as that will be a law suit for discrimination. Too many people are complaining about this and nothing is changing."
