"Love this store. Location is great! Staff very friendly, but low key. Did not feel pressured to buy anything, but they were also pretty good at letting me know what specials were available when I asked. Primarily buy my cards here because the selection is better than shopping at a pharmacy or grocery store. Looking forward again this year to their Christmas selections and finding something special for a few friends."

"3 stars is to represent a half rating. most of the time when i come in here the staff is really nice, but today i was followed around and had my items taken from my arms obviously because they thought i was stealing. really hurt my feelings because i was just trying to buy presents for my mom. don't come in wearing too much black i guess, because they've been fine to me every other time."

"USPS in store is convenient. Used to be open on Saturday and Sunday but now its not. USPS employee gave me some attitude today about mailing dry pasta. She said she asked me if I was mailing food…. Yes, pasta is food but it is un perishable and accepted. I will be taking my business somewhere else."

"This place has really nice and expensive over priced things but the ladies are nice. The problem with this place is the USPS office - I have experience sooooo many uncomfortable situations with the people working in there that I’ve decided to never come back again. The woman at the USPS counter is rude and have not idea what is doing l, she get lost all the time and the lines are incredibly long because she is super slow and if you complain she replies like if she was in the hud. Terrible service, Hallmark should use the space for something else and needs to get ride of USPS soon."

"I’ve shopped in the store and they have a great selection of items and people are usually nice. However, their USPS leaves more to be desired. I waited in line to get a medium flat rate box. I brought my own tape so I got out of line to pack the box. Then I took it back up there thinking they print the label like the actual USPS does. I waited in line with at least 3 other people behind me while the associates just talked to each other about personal things. Apparently they won’t print the label like the USPS, so I got back out of line to write the address on the box. I was told that I couldn’t write the address on or pack the box inside of the store and the lady would let me do it this one time. I know we’re amidst COVID, but I had a mask on and the store was open for people to shop and linger, so I don’t really understand why packing a box is an issue and why I would have had to go outside to do so. I wasn’t holding up a line. Needless to say, I just took the box and left and have decided to go somewhere else with better customer service. What a waste of time."
