"Store hours are not what they claim to be. Literally just came at 8:51 to grab 1 item because I just got off work and they’re already closed."
"Would have given 5 stars but the store was kind of messy and there were boxes all over the place. The cashier was helpful and very nice."
"PREJUDICE towards Latinos. Register shut down and wouldn’t work for my purchase. It would only accept cash, so instead of the blonde whit manager moving me, the white blonde manager moved all the white people behind me and pushed their purchases to the other register that accepted cards. She kept saying I can move my stuff to the other register if I want or wait there. As if she gave me a chance to have my chance to check out, I couldn’t control the register or the line. She already had EVERYONE behind me in front me and kept saying it’s up to me. Not even trying to hide her behavior, this is impressively telling about Raleigh. Im from Texas and I haven’t been treated like that in my life. Latinos build your cities, Florida is getting a reminder. So please Raleigh, learn to accept others because the city will diversify regardless. Learn to behave yourselves and temper your ignorance and prejudice. Learn some respect and courtesy towards others who don’t look like you please."
"I’ve visited your store several times & your one cashier. Doesn’t say hello, to people. She’s comes off as very upset with her job. Or very prejudice. I made my first assumption the first time I visited. I was looking for shower curtains, I said I’ve been to five stores looking for these. No response, Nothing. Today I visited, she had a shirt on be kind. I was with my Daughter she was taken back also. Maybe she should read her shirt before coming to work."
"Was trying to go in for one gift bag on a Sunday night. Was walking in the door at 7:47, 13 minutes before they close. Woman stopped us at the door and said we have “ten seconds if we were quick” I also watched her lock the door at 7:50 as customers were shopping. I didn’t go in because she was so rude. I have a career in retail management and this was some of the worst service I have ever had. I just moved here and I will never be coming back. Ridiculous"
