"It says they close at 10pm. I arrived at 9:40 and all of the lights are off! Smh what a waste of time."
"Average dollar tree, the refrigerators are always out"
"This is my OWN.. experience at this store on this day. The middle age African American worker (I am black too!) was unfriendly, I walked down the aisle facing her, she was tearing a box up, I said "Hello" loud enough for the distance, and then I said, OR not bc she failed to speak back. She walked off. The rudeness and unprofessional nature of the staff continued. I headed to check out 2 people in front of me, one older black guy who held the door for me on my way in, and two white males. I listen to the cashier go out of her way to make a small chat w the gentleman(A white customer) about cats, kittens, and how many dogs she once had, the customer says a few words, and they share a laugh or two then he is gone. I'm up to bat. I put my things down. No greeting as I walk from the belt, then a bit further up, nothing. SO. I speak. "Hello, how are you?" Yes, she half-bakes a response. I pay for my purchase half cash, half EBT. My receipt is coming out. I tell her, "I don't need it." she scrolls to the bottom of the receipt, checks the balance, and reminds me that my EBT balance was on the receipt. I Leave the store, and get off the sidewalk another employee is pushing a cart on the side of the building that looks like stock, I'm passing her slowly bc I wanted to make sure she sees me, she peeks her head out I speak, she does not. I will say Dollar Tree employees at this location sure can use a lesson and a hard reset on customer services."
"This store has poor customer service! Pushing my child in the cart, I turn and almost ran into a stack of boxes. The female employee with a nike jacket on was still just standing there and had an attitude when I said excuse me! Stocking needs to be done when customers are not in the store. This is a big safety hazard. The lady at the register wasn’t friendly either! I get employees are ready to go home, but at 7:30pm it shouldn’t be this many sad excuse of employees not doing their jobs."
"This was a terrible experience. The staff was awesome and very professional. It was very very hot in the store! It was cooler outside. Dollar Tree must not think much of their people or customers. You have awesome people working in terrible conditions and the company should be ashamed of themselves! Get the AC fixed!!!!"
