"I didnt want to give 1 star but i couldnt give 5 sincr this is just a question in general. I was wondering if anyone would know about the waiting list. I've been on the wait list for almost 3 years now and if I email all I ever get answered back is "I'm sorry the wait list is 2 years long " but it's been longer than that and im worried we were never even put on the list. Anyhow does anyone know if it's separate wait list for Brooklyn and SI? Thanks so much and I will remove this review immediately once I have an answer. Thank you."

"The WAIT to see a doctor is so unreasonable. The overboking and u realisting waiting time they give you is not like 15-30 mint off. Nooo more like 1.5 to 2 hrs what they say, it's unfortunate my doctor us here. Love him and trust him to much to leave him but openly hoping he leaves to a better administration place."

"I love my baby’s doctor, he is great. Could not recommend Dr.Maguina more but… big but…. The office has so many issues with administration. Never can I get in on the time they set the appointment for, I mean it’s not like 20 mint usually 1-2.5 hrs wait. So forget about making plans or assisting work the day you come because it impossible. They throw the ball one to another, and the booking is an ordeal they have a person that has the voice mail full always. Anyways the quality of the doctor and care is impeccable, but whoever manages the administrative part of it does not have it together."
