"Agree with previous review. Dr Rabinowitz is fabulous. Office staff are unprofessional. Anything other than a hello/goodbye/greeting is a headache with this office staff. Making an appointment to billing tuned out to be an all time consuming fiasco. On top of it, office staff is rude and lacking in basic customer care. We are switching pediatricians only because we are tired of dealing with excuses after excuses from office staff. We hope the doctors read these reviews and have a talk with their office staff. I can say first hand, office staff change their recollection of what actually transpired when relating to the physicians of why a parent may be upset. There are so many pediatric offices out there, really no need to deal with difficult/incompetent office staff when we could find another office. Update: we found a wonderful group of pediatricians AND office staff with Bellmore Pediatrics! We inquired around the area and found many parents using this office. Highly recommend if any other parent is looking to change practices to a more professional office staff."

"Doctors were great. Front desk service was SUB-PAR. Anything outside of an appointment or greeting at the front desk will be met with...NOTHING. Literally over 2 months and a simple authorization through my insurance for my son’s hypoallergenic formula has yet to be completed. The only thing they succeeded at was BALD FACE LYING to myself and my wife at least a DOZEN times. Now, I am in California, my son is out of formula, and I have to register him with the insurance provider for this side of the country, find him a pediatrician, schedule him for an appointment, and hope that they are not nearly as incompetent as your front desk/referral/management people are. What a joke. And a shame as the doctors were great people, very caring, and very concerned with my son’s health and well being."
