I love that the doctors will take take the time to answer all your questions, and do not overprescribe medications or administer more than one vaccine at a time. I appreciate that anytime she is sick, an appointment has been available the same day."

"This office is staffed with some of the rudest people I have ever dealt with in my life. Specifically, today I called to report that CVS needed for the doctor to prescribe an alternative medication. The receptionist, Jeannine, proceeded to ask who my daughter saw on the day of her sick visit which I said I did not know because we are new to the practice, this was only the second time I've visited the office and have never met with this doctor before. Something she could have easily looked up if she checked in my daughter's chart or computer, but was obviously too lazy. She then asks for the name of the prescription, which I also did not know off hand because the doctor never clearly mentioned the name, just what the medicine was for, and she was never prescribed this before since she was there for a sick visit. Jeannine then proceeds with her attitude saying "you really don't know the name of the prescription?" And I tell her no, this is a new medication, can't you check in her chart for this information? and she responds again with her attitude saying "no, because I can't read the doctors handwriting, I'll have to check with her on Monday" As if its my fault and on top of that my daughter saw a male doctor, again pretty obvious that she never checked her chart to see who she even saw on her visit. I asked her to please stop with her attitude and she responded saying "you're the one with the attitude." The unprofessionalism is unreal!! Truly shows how little they care for their patients, we'll see if I ever hear from the doctor after I asked to speak to them. I will certainly be looking to transfer to a different pediatrician's office, but be fair warned, stay away! There are many other offices that have staff that aren't miserable with their lives."

Dr. Nayor was my pediatrician growing up and now that I have a daughter, there was no option other than Pediatric Associates for us. Dr. Nayor is very personable and caring for every single patient she has. If I could, I'd continue seeing her myself :)"
