"My Provider PA Bene has been wonderful! She helped to diagnose things my previous provider was over looking. She truly listens and "gets it" with genuine empathy. Again, PA Bene is wonderful, however, I can not say the same for whatever system or person is being used or incharge of sending rx's. My insurance was lenient at first and let a couple rx's go through, but then needed my rx's to be filled the way they need. This office knows how to work with my insurance to get paid for visits, but not how to send my rx's properly for them to be covered by my rx plan they have on file. I have now become a self taught expert on how to tell my dr EXACTLY how to write out my rx's. I now have learned how to deal with my insurance as if I am the prescribing Dr. All other Dr's I see deal with this on their end. After becoming an expert, explicitly stating how I need things written, and confirming the provider understood what I was saying, it still was not done correctly for the 4th time! Other Dr offices have office managers who take care of these things. As a patient I'm anxious enough dealing with medical issues. After all my appointments I've then needed to spend time to work with my pharmacist to correct errors on my pharmacy account to just get Rx's I've been on for 20 years. I spoke with someone at nao medical and asked what else I can do so this issue doesn't keep happening. I was told there was nothing else I could do to help the process be seamless. There could still be errors. I was not going to post a review like this, but after each appointment I get an email asking for my review. Here it is."

"Beware!!! New owners. Not the same urgent care from before 2020. Looks like a library with a tiny open reception kiosk. Walked in 2 times in a 3 day span for information with no receptionist at desk both times. Urine and blood samples all over the desk the first time and AGAIN on the second visit. Also patients blood results in plain sight. Practitioner both times came out holding blood and urine samples to greet patients and put them on desk AGAIN. First time I was in shock and didn't say anything, second time I saw it I was livid. I gave him a huge lecture and called higher management...talked to reps but NO CALL BACK FROM MANAGEMENT(its been 2 weeks now). That says it all. I would never in a million years let them treat a cold or ever draw blood. EXTREME public health hazard, unsanitary and unprofessional establishment."

"I’ve been to this urgent care multiple times and never had any issues. I got sick in October this year and the doctor’s office visit was fine. However, I got a call from them weeks after my visit just for the doctor to check in with me. I didn’t ask for them to call me and said I was feeling better, but they still called anyway. I find out months later, that it was considered a televisit and am being charged for it, which is ridiculous because I didn’t ask for it and the doctor didn’t provide any help since I was already feeling better at that point. Then I find out they’re charging me copay again for my original visit, which I paid in person. Needless to say, I will not be coming back here again."

"I visited due to feeling pain in my chest consecutively for about 3 days. I had a peer pass from a heart attack a week prior and really wanted to be seen by a good physician. The reviews were stellar so I decided to visit despite my skepticism of the pictures online. The office was sub par. Very outdated. No electricity in the bathroom. The receptionist did her job up until the point I had to remind her to charge me for my co pay. I saw the doctors and physician assistant. They were very pleasant but only took my blood pressure and counseled me through my chest pain. No tests. Literally nothing but talking. Turns out I had acid reflux which I assumed. I just didn’t have every symptom. I kept receiving follow up calls for another doctor. I keep getting request to refill a prescription for something I can just get over the counter. The entire process was unnecessary to begin with but no where close to the bills I’ve received which explains the constant unnecessary follow up. I do not recommend this politely fraud like business."

"First made an online appointment for 3:00. I was driving back from NH. Got there earlier, around 2:40. I was told they are lunch and will be 3:05-3:10 is when they will be back. Place was busy. Did get called in about 3:15. I made a comment to the medical assistant, I see the AC is down. He states been down for months and we all have to suffer thru it together. He did a bunch of test, nice guy overall. I mention to him I have to leave by 4:15, I have to take my puppy to the Vets. That was about 3:46. Doctor came in about 4:00. She seems nice, states she was the only provider on duty. She was apologetic. Wanted to a nebulizer treatment. Stated I have to go by 4:15. Gave me my treatment plan and said she will be back. I left, like stated they all seem really nice, just not impressed with the timing and the condition of the building, wasn’t not clean at all. See the picture and no AC too! They should have called and stated that!"
