"My kids were both patients here and we really liked most of the doctors BUT the staff was awful. Everytime we came into the office we were almost always treated terribly by the staff. We had a staff member yell at us for past due balance in the office (when in fact the claim was not submitted properly to our insurance)! The final straw was after we asked for our records release to be sent and after requesting the paperwork several times we didn’t receive it so I asked to speak with the office manager who was the rudest most unprofessional person (I need to look up her name). She told me “we don’t need your business” and proceeded to yell at me on the phone. I had never been treated this terribly by any staff and it’s so unfortunate that this office manager was this rude to me - I can only imagine how she treats the staff. It’s very sad that such a great group of doctors have stuff terrible staffing."

"After recently moving to the area, we switched to this office. During our fist appointment, Dr. Anthony Battista saw my less than 2 year old baby for less than 10 minutes, didn’t ask any developmental milestones questions, and ordered WRONG vaccine. After I realized this error the following day, I called the office. At first the nurse gave me an answer that doesn’t make sense. Finally Dr. Battista called back to admit it is an error however he didn’t sound sorry at all, blamed this all on the computer system, and even said that this wrong vaccine will protect my baby anyways. I know human error happens. But the care less attitude is not acceptable. What more ridiculous is when I tried to leave this practice and transfer out our record to another office, the office staff gave me hard time and said that they won’t fax my record and can only email me a link to access my record. Thirdly, I received a bill from them. They billed me for this wrong vaccine… because it is not supposed to be given, the insurance rejected it. They want me to pay for this?.. if I can’t solve this issue with them, I am taking them to court. Avoid this place if you can. I won’t risk my children there.."

"Would give O stars if I could. I just attempted to schedule a new patient visit for my five-year-old son. We just moved to the area. First they made me call my insurance company to confirm that their provider is in my network as opposed to them doing the legwork. Then when I called back to confirm, they indicated they couldn’t schedule any appointment until I obtained my sons Medical file from his former pediatrician & provide it to them and then “several days” after receiving the file, they will call us to schedule an appointment. Ridiculous. I’ll be finding a reasonable & patient-focused provider elsewhere."

"Really bad experience. I brought my newborn premature twins to this practice at the recommendation of a friend. In fairness, she recommended Dr. Locascio and we had to see Dr. Batista. They got out of the NICU on a Friday so I had to take a Saturday appointment. I made the mistake of sharing with the nurse that we’d be deferring vaccines since my son Brooks passed from SIDS after the DTaP. The doctor was very short and curt during the visit, hardly examined my daughters and then proceeded to tell me that the girls couldn’t be patients there unless we vaccinated them within a few weeks. No compassion at all for what we had been through with losing our son. Horrible experience. This is why western medicine is falling apart. It’s not about patient care. Needed less to say, we will NOT be going back."

"We love Dr. Cohen, she is very thorough, respectful and sweet. My wife’s 19 year old has been with her since he was 1. When we had our baby, I was thinking who can be a good pediatrician and she told me lets keep going to her. I never had any issues, doctors are nice and professional, they have good open schedules which work with us. Here we are :) the staff is lovely, the other doctors are nice too like Dr. Batista. Who we saw when my son was sick. I really recommend this practice and the doctors. Thank you for always making us feel comfortable."
