Orthopaedic Institute at Garden City

"Completely misleading, left a request on their website for an appointment, 2 days later no one called and had no clue of the request. Called in to check and the earliest they could accommodate was 12 days out for a fractured foot. The website says same day and after hours appts available, total waste of time. Receptionist was more concerned about insurance coverage than checking on availability. Don't waste your time. If this is representative of their customer service then I'm glad to have avoided them."

"The scheduled appointment was so behind. Was there over a hour and still can’t get to see the doctor for at least another half hour. Left without see the doctor. Don’t over schedule if you not able to see so many patients."

Then you went even further, was outright disrespectful and hung up. Yep, definitely reporting to HR. Thank god all your calls are recorded. My husband really needed this surgey. Karma is going to get you bad."
