"Don't come to my door with a package and put a slip without knocking. I was sitting right here and you didn't knock. You didn't even deliver it to the office of the apartment, you took it back to the distribution center. FedEx is way worse than UPS or USPS!"

"Didnt know I had to schedule a delivery... and I was told by the shippers that my delivery would get here on the 3rd. So fedex called me on the 3rd at noon to setup a delivery date even tho they received the package at 4am on the 3rd. Fast forward to the 4th and they told me theyd be here between 10am and 3pm. 430pm and still no delivery. I've been waiting home all day for this and fedex is taking their time. Only reason I'm not giving a 1 star is because the guy I talked to on the phone seemed nice."
