"Terrible excuse for a shipping company. They are partnered with Amazon and ended up losing my package. After no updates and it being over 2 weeks late I was able to track it down. Dispatch had trouble getting it out and I had my guys waiting for over two days at my business. They didn’t call me to give me updates and tried to lecture me on going into the trucking business. That is your job, this business has some serious flaws."

"Alphonso made a large 1600 lb delivery on one pallet that was going to be very difficult to get off the truck. He improvised and came up with a plan to get the pallet off without having to dismantle everything. We really appreciate him going the distance for us."
