"Professional and thorough"
"She is always late. Always. You can be her first patient , and she still will manage to be 40 minutes late. Then she rushes through the visit. Very neglectful and arrogant. She refused to prescribe medication I needed. Eventually, I switched to a different provider who scheduled me with endocrinologist. My current provider was surprised to learn that Dr. Thomas didn't bother to refer me to endocrinologist. Also, he was shocked that Dr. Thomas gave me a hard time with medication I needed."
