"I've been working here just over 7 years and have been very happy. They take care of their drivers, work with you when you need time off, and will get you home quickly if you have a family emergency. I really enjoy working here and the office staff will do what they need to in order to resolve any issues you may have on the road. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for either solo or otr whether just starting out or if you have experience. They pay well and do their best to keep us in good equipment. Hope to continue to work here as long as my health allows."

"East West has been my home for the last 6 years and Lord willing I will have the honor of working for them for the next 26 years. They have treated me like family and I have no complaints. I have carried a CDL in my pocket for the last 30 years and Ive seen a lot of dishonest,even reprehensible folks in this business. These folks are nothing like that. They actually care about people and do what I believe to be their level best to be fair to all in every situation. There's no way that I would still be in the trucking game had I not found East West. Dispatch will do what they say and say what they do. They will get you home like no other company I've ever dealt with and have given me pay increases to better than industry standards without being asked to compromise safety or integrity to get it. I'm thankful for the opportunity to work for a company that works as hard as I do to make sure I have everything I need to be successful at work and happy at home. You couldn't run me off ."

"Update: I worked there 2 years ago. I'd go back to work for Spencer without hesitation! The reviews I see for this company are outdated and slanderous. Equipment 5 stars. Dispatch procedure 5 stars. Home time 5 stars. Pay (increased recently) 4.5 stars (compared to Mega carriers). A great place to start your career! Dedicated, Regional, OTR, they have it all."

"It used to be a good company. They stopped hauling wine and now make you drive team with people who really wasn't trained that well. But I will say this. They will give you a chance. That's bout the only good thing i can say about this company now. No hard feelings towards anyone there. However i did miss the old ways and dispatchers Cliff and Jim god rest his soul. I haven't worked there in over a yr now. Maybe it has gotten better. If they went back to bringing wine back from California and letting you drive solo with the pay they use to pay. I would happily go back."
