"We ordered a pallet of flooring to be shipped from Home Depot. Our main reason for paying this extra shipping fee was to get delivery to our door. AAA Cooper dumped it (practically on the road) at the end of a very long driveway. We're seniors and we had to drive to the pallets and load each flooring box into our car, making several trips up the driveway to the house. The driver did not come to our door (we were home all day) and did not call. If I could give less than 1 star I would. This was an extremely unprofessional driver. When we called the office, the gentleman was very understanding and said the driver would be "dealt with", but there was nothing they could do to help. He suggested we call Home Depot (even though it was his company that made this error). This is a poor excuse for service and I would be careful if you are having something shipped from Home depot or anywhere using this company."

"I had a delivery that was sitting at the warehouse for 12 days. I called and spoke with Clay, the manager. Even though they were swamped and understaffed, he drove the delivery out to me on his lunch break. I really appreciated the communication (they answered the phone immediately every time I called, and I never had to wait on hold) and work ethic. Solid company and very professional. Thank you."
