"The most inept delivery service I have ever used, both in my businesses and personally. Twice they "tried" to deliver a package to me from Office Depot. Neither was received. One they marked: "Ran out of time", and the other they marked "attempted delivery" (all they had to do was leave at front door). I finally cancelled and reordered,.This time they did deliver it...to the wrong address!"

"Rudest delivery driver I have ever met. Wouldn’t take delivery of multiple boxes to location( a whole 100 feet down the hall) it need to go. States he’s doing us a favor just by delivering. Hmmmm I would think it’s called doing your job. Do yourself a favor and use anybody but this company if he is any indication of the company itself."

"I am not sure how this company is in business. This is the absolute worst delivery company that i have ever been forced to use. Office Depot and Staples both use this lazy company. they constantly miss the scheduled delivery date and on their tracking they state, ran out of time. on top of that, the next day they do it again. ran out of time.....all of the supervisors should be fired!!! if you miss it the first day, the next day it should be a priority, but not with this crew. NEVER BUY FROM A COMPANY WHO USES THIS CREW TO DELIVER!!! ask upfront who will be delivering your parcels. never-mind, just use Amazon. Amazon will ALWAYS deliver when promised."

"This is the second time they failed to deliver my next day order to my business. At 5:17 they posted that they "ran out of time". Ridiculous. They are very inconsiderate to the customer who has an order scheduled for the next day. There is a reason why. I don't need my order two or three days later. I needed it today."

"I hate that I'm forced to give them one star, zero stars should be an option. I placed an order on December 4th, 2018; today is January 7th, 2019 and my package still has not been delivered. They have no intention of ever delivering it and they stopped even providing tracking updates two weeks ago. They also will not answer their phone."
