"If I could give no stars I would. Today they supposedly delivered my package. I was like great I will have to drive down and get it off my mailbox or out of the road. Started down the road and it was left at the road on my neighbors wood around her flowerbed. It was at the road nor near a mailbox and he knew what number it was at because they have a sign stating the number of their home. Last time it was partly in the road at my mailbox, the time before that in a ditch that my neighbor happened to pickup thinking it was trash because it was a small box of business cards. I have called each time but, just like talking to someone at the Post Office about some of their deliveries it falls on deaf ears. Train Your Drivers to quit being lazy and deliver to the dang door. UPS does, no problem. So mad right now."

"FedEx has become extremely unreliable. Supposed to have food delivered today and never showed up. I think they are using contract drivers who don’t know the routes. Would advise folks to not ship anything time sensitive"

"The driver was working on Longs Chapel Road in Weaverville. Driving way too fast and I was out walking. He almost hit me. I think this should be addressed. There's no reason to drive as fast as this man was driving."

"I was home and delivery truck never showed up. No record on my camera either. Driver stated nobody was here to sign. That is wrong and incorrect. There is no one to talk to. UPDATE: They said they would deliver today (two days later) and did not show up... Now they estimate a few more days. This service is really deficient. How many days do I have to stay home for a silly delivery?"

"I don’t write reviews but it’s clear this is the worst FedEx support location and some how people need to learn to avoid, change or shut down this location. I had a check that was sent with special delivery instructions (paid extra) left at a mailbox (outside of it) a quarter mile from the house. The gravel road to my front door is fully maintained and used by UPS / Propane companies regularly. This location simply chooses to take the easy way out risking your packages and not providing the service paid for. Beware"
