"The store is a disaster. Employees with attitudes who walk around doing nothing. Stores shelves half empty most of the time. The store manager has no clue regarding what his job entails. I only go there now when I have no other choice."

"THE BEST CVS in Jackson Heights. The Pharmacy staff are the nicest group of people. They work very hard and always aim to make their customers happy!!! The Pharmacists are nice and attentative. Kudos to a great Team. Salma, one of the Pharmacy managers, is one of the most dedicated employee at this location."

"This is our local CVS. It’s conveniently located and has so many different categories of items available, despite its modest size. Staff is always friendly and helpful. You can also find great deals in here. We buy our bougie organic milk here (it’s cheaper than the at the grocery store). It’s also our favorite place to pick up ice cream! I only gave 4 stars because the pharmacy is often painfully slow. It’s not the staff’s fault- there is just high demand in this store for pharmacy services. CVS should hire more pharmacists for this location (IMO)."

"In the Pharmacy Department, I can say it is clean, not too much waiting time and good team work. Thumbs up to the assistant in check up/consultation, he is very helpful. My last visit to the Pharmacy was unsatisfied because of a lady cashier. I couldn't imagine that she works in Pharmacy Department !!! Where most of of the customers are patients who need more assistance!!! The cashier was not helpful , rude and she didn't even ask me if I had any questions about that medecin. What most workers do in Pharmacy!! I visited many CVS Pharmacy but It was my first time I met someone like her. I hope that CVS Pharmacy will take care of that because this kind of behavior is not supposed to be with customers as I know "Priority For Customers "."
