"Great team , friendly workers, hardworking people, great service. Improvement needed with maybe waiting time but overall waiting isn't too bad compared to before ."

"The pharmacy staff are friendly and courteous BUT they are always behind, the lines are keys long, no one answers the phone and if you have a question at the pharmacy counter you have to step away and get on the long “drop off” line. They can hire one or two more people to ease the congestion in the pharmacy department."

"This is probably one of the worst pharmacies I’ve ever been to. Besides waiting in line for 45 minutes more three times, I wasn’t able to get my prescription over the span of 3 days. There is no communication between the people that work here. You would think that medicine is crucial to your health, but they don’t think this way. To them, you’re just another annoying person trying to pick up ‘something’ from them. I would not recommend going here for pickups at all. They are very unprofessional, lack communication and empathy for the community. Wish I could give them 0 stars, or even negative stars to take away the miserable 3.5 stars they got."

"The pharmacy section should be closed down. They are the absolute worst, you get your prescriptions sent here 2hrs before arriving and you still have to wait another hr to get your prescriptions. The waiting around this pharmacy it’s insane can’t wait for the new pharmacy around the corner in Metcalf Avenue to open up."

"They honestly shouldn’t even get one star. The pharmacy never picks up the phone. The lines and wait time are ridiculous. Picking up a prescription from here and the line is all the way into the next aisle. They need an actual manager running the store and pharmacy because its THE WORST STORE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE."
