"I supposed to have the surgery this Thursday and I took the time off from the work and was looking forward to it. The pre-screening nurse sent me for an extra check-ups cost me more money for the extra check-ups and the results came back negative and I had the clearance for the surgery but they gave my surgery spot to someone else on that day. I will not recommend to any one this facility. The staff needs education how to schedule and make the patients happy. My appointment was made 6 weeks ago and they end up giving my spot to someone else for that day."

"Dr DiCaprio was amazing. He explained the condition of my knee so thoroughly, I honestly knew precisely what was wrong, why and how. The entire staff was amazing. Everyone was top top notch I was sent to him because Ortho Ny needed his opinion to proceed with what they wanted to do. I am so glad I did. The other place wanted to go right to a partial knee replacement. Dr DiCaprio suggested, and thankfully so, a less aggressive approach. I got a cortisone injection, by the way, first ever and I already feel better. So, hopefully no surgery, right away anyway!!!! In the event, I do need surgery, it will be Dr. DiCaprio doing it!!!!"

"Dr. DiCaprio and his PA Brad are knowledgeable, kind and caring physicians. I was referred to him because of a legion on my femur that showed up on a cat scan for kidney stones. From the very beginning Dr. DiCaprio explained what it was and what it means in the most kind and caring way. I was visibly nervous and he put me at ease. Excellent service!"

"Had my first follow up after my accident, with Dr. DiCaprio. Only a very short wait to get in to the treatment room. Every staff member was so friendly, and cheery....and easy to talk to. Nurse, PA, resident, xray tech, and secretary. That was the best part of my visit. They all made a horrible experience a lot easier to deal with. Dr. DiCaprio answered all my questions, and was so pleasant and funny through out our discussion and explaining things. I’m thrilled with how well my progress has been and how well the repairs were done on my leg fracture and laceration. I would highly recommend him and this office to anyone."
