"I have been using The Transporter for several years. I do not live in NC and my first experience was arranging airport transportation for my senior parents. The staff was great, we arranges everything over the phone, including payment, no problems. I asked that the driver get the bags at the door and on the return trip driver meet them at baggage claim to help with the bags. Since that experience I have used The Transporter many time for my parents and myself. Always on time with great service. They squeezed us in when I need to evacuate my parents during the hurricane. One time I need a last minute ride and although they were not able to transport me the gave me the phone number of other service operators and I was able to find a ride. That is great customer service! You can't go wrong with The Transporter."
