"I've been to a few different Cook-outs across the state & they all are about the same. It's a fast food joint. But it's alot better of a fast food joint. Food quality & quantity is so much better than your McDonald's per say. You get a good amount of food for your dollar. I will say the milk shakes are the greatest ever!"

"My husband just waited 20 Minutes to be helped at the window where you walk up. After 20 minutes of standing there, The woman working opened the door and said they “aren’t taking cards at this window, only the drive through”. My husband told them that we just wanted two milkshakes and he couldn’t understand why he couldn’t pay at the window as we just watched another couple do the same thing. The woman told him “we are too busy right now go to the drive through”. Typically I understand that people are busy and we do our best to be reasonable. However, the blatant attitudes and disregard for service at this particular cookout was very disappointing. We weren’t able to get anything and left. We won’t be back."
