"I normally don't leave reviews, especially if I have nothing nice to say, but this time I feel compelled to share my experience. I decided to order from this pizza place and they left off a topping, which happens to be my favorite. Mistakes happen, so I didn't make a big deal out of it. However, when I called back to address the issue, things took a turn for the worse. Here’s what happened. I drove back to the condo where my family and I were staying, only to discover that the pizza was completely wrong. Feeling frustrated, I managed to get the manager on the phone. Instead of being understanding, she asked if I was coming back, despite the inconvenience and late hour with only 20 or 30 minutes left until closing time. The manager informed me that they usually reimburse customers for missing toppings instead of making a new pizza. While I was willing to accept that solution, before I could respond, she displayed a lack of self-control and became visibly frustrated. She added, "If you want me to make you a $20 pizza, I'll make it for you tomorrow if you can be here by 3." This response was uncalled for, as I had simply expected to receive the pizza I ordered and paid for, made exactly as I had requested. At this point, what bothered me more than the pizza itself was the manager's lack of customer service skills. It's concerning that a person in such an important role lacks emotional intelligence and people skills. I hope someone in a higher position reads this and either selects more suitable individuals for important roles or provides customer service training. While everyone's experiences can differ, it's important to address instances where customers feel let down by the service they receive. I sincerely hope that the business takes this feedback constructively and works towards improving their customer experience."

"I ordered online on 4/6/2023. I had items missing from my order. I called the store on 4016 Oleander Dr, Wilmington, NC 28403. They refused to answer calls. Every time I would speak to someone, they would place me on hold and never come back to the phone. I paid for items I did not receive. The items I did receive was over cooked and burnt. Will not be back."

"Wow, you can hear the death rattle of this store! Sure, there's no in store dining....ok, fine. Ordered the big newyorker... Horrible. So much grease. Not to mention, they failed to add the extra mushrooms we paid extra for. But, there's good news, too. My wife will no longer demand pizza hut as the choice! Finally I may be able to get a good pie."
