"Save yourself the hassle & exhaustion. Do not deal with this pharmacy!! Read all the other reviews. There is an obvious staffing issue here. I don't normally bother writing reviews but this pharmacy is just horrible. Not sure how they stay in business. My doctor sent a script here because I just moved to the area and the pharmacist refused to fill it. I had my doctor resend my prescription to the local Walgreens and they filled it with no issues. The pharmacist was extremely rude and ignorant. You've been warned."

"Awful pharmacy. The store itself and cashiers are good but majority of the workers in the pharmacy are not pleasant besides Michelle. The younger woman pharmacist with the long dark hair has a nasty attitude and is very condescending and disrespectful. My mom received a call from this pharmacist because she contacted other pharmacies in the area about a medication she needed after having surgery that day because it was out of stock at the Seneca St. location and they were unsure if they were even going to be getting it in that day. Her doctors office then told her she needed to call around to other pharmacies to see if they have it in stock. That’s what she did and then she got a call from this pharmacist and she told her everybody is confused and unsure about giving her the medication now because she’s called a few places to try to get it. When this whole thing is what the doctors office told her to do when she was unable to get it in the first place. It doesn’t seem unreasonable to try to make sure you stay on track with your medication but this lady made her feel judged and very upset, like she was doing something wrong when she wasn’t. This isn’t the first time either that something like this has happened here. Very unprofessional to do that."

"Pharmacy area needs an overhaul. People working in there are rude and don't belong dealing with the public. They act like you are bothering them by expecting them to do their jobs. Cashiers in the front however are excellent."

"Went in for flu shot told me I need appointment. Website said they take walk ins and the sign on the outside they take walk ins. Asked if they had any appointments and he said probably not I should go to Tops. Went to a different rite aid and they were wonderful. Did look to see if there were appointments available and there was one available in 30 minutes. So he lied to me"
