"The store wasn't very well stocked which is rare. The customer service sucked. I was attempting to check out and was directed to a self checkout. There was a line and most of us were using a card for payment. I don't know that man's name but he should've had better options for all customers. Now... there was a young man Andre that getting ready to end his shift. After seeing the line and how annoyed we all were, he stayed to clear the line. That is considered real customer service and I appreciate what he did voluntarily. I want him to be acknowledged for what he did. We were going to leave and shop elsewhere along with others in line."

"Many items much lower cost, the item I get is more than three dollars less. Still always look at things you normally get the could cost more. Which happens at most stores."

"I like this store, they have fair prices, and a huge selection of merchandise, from food to clothing, to toiletries and lawn care. Lots of stuff to look at. My only issue with this store is it is always busy, and there is often a long line to cash out, with only 1 cashier working. You should think with the volume of sales they do they could afford to put another part-time minimum wage employee on for a few hours a day during peak busy times."

"I had a really bad experaince there today. I went there to buy 2 totes for my daughter. They were really high on shelf so I asked for help. The casheir told me sorry everyone's on break. Ok then I grabbed the ladder and got one . Then I saw a manager walking around and asked her for help. She told me rudely that I wasn't supposed to climb and get myself.. I appoligized and asked her to get me another. She just walked away and dissapered. Then I went to casheir and asked for her to call her to help me. I stood there for 10 minutes and she did not come out . Bye then I was furious. I left so upset. I don't know how your staff can treat their customers so badley. To be honest every time I go to that store on ridge Rd in West Seneca ny. They are very rude. Believe me I shop there alot because it's close to my house. Not ever I had a pleasant experience there . So now I try to go elsewhere . Family dollar has a more pleasant atmosphere ,. So now I shop there."
