"Shopped here a few times in the past 18 months. Staff is young and not exactly attentive but I’ve never experienced them being rude. I tend to stay at least an hour trying on many things and usually leave with a few clothing items and a pair of shoes. They do pay very low when they buy from you and they do sell high for a used clothing store. However, Salvation Army and goodwill are charging the same prices for clothing from the 1990s or older. I’d rather pay $5-10 for a used blouse, but a used $15 Ann Taylor/Banana Republic etc shirt is still at least $30 cheaper than new in the mall."

"Just left the store... highly disappointed with this incredibly disorganized place!!! I brought a dress up to the cashier who (as I was browsing rings to purchase) asked me, "Did you get this dress off the floor." I replied, "Yes, I just got it off the rack." She then told me, "This dress isn't for sale. It was actually posted online and is sold. Some of our staff is new and probably made a mistake." I am not sure why their mistake is my problem. The worker went on with her business as if this is okay. I do not recommend this store. They workers don't know left from right. Poor customer service."
