"We came to Dr. Chalas after getting one opinion before her. We were very concerned being that it was for my 18 year old who had a large ovarian cyst. The first opinion didn’t give any other options but a very aggressive approach to remove the cyst. After speaking to Dr.Chalas she put our minds at ease. She had a less aggressive approach with the outcome being a minimal scar. She took into consideration all of our concerns, and her bedside manner with my daughter was impeccable. The day of the surgery she met with my daughter and once again eased her, just by talking to her with compassion. The surgery went fantastic, and was a smooth and successful outcome. Her scar is minimal and the whole area which was worked on is neat and clean. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Chalas if you are looking for very experienced and warm doctor to address your concerns."

"I don't think you can find a more caring and professional doctor than Dr. Chalas. Sixteen years ago my wife and I met Dr Chalas. We were being led down a very different path by a different group of oncologist and wanted a second opinion. Because of Dr Chalas's suggestions and not rushing to surgery treatments we had a son that would have never been born had we listened to the others. She has given us access to the most up to date treatments for my wife's rare form of cancer. I have only good things to say about her."
