"I don’t know what the hype is about Dr. Gerba. True, he has a great method to administering vaccines but who cares! My son had several developmental delays from 4 months and on. He didn’t seem alarmed by any of them. Him and his practice should have pushed more for getting him therapies. I understand it was during the height of the pandemic but he just seemed to look the other way.with things. His office is horrible and the rest of the doctors are bad as well. Please avoid him and this place!"

"Dr gerba was my pediatrician growing up so of course I wanted my son to see him as well, loved him for the 1st 6 months after my son was born he’s great with babies and painless shots/strep culture however, After 4 years of being my sons doctor I am fed up with this office you’ll make an appointment to see doctor gerba to then find out he triple booked your child’s wellness visit so while you’re in the waiting room for a simple check up for 3 hours, your kid is now sick from being in a small room with other sick children. Forget about making a sick visit with this office, you’ll wait the whole entire day. I’ve seen some of the other doctors because most of the time dr gerba himself Has a 3+ month wait list so I then saw dr Russ from this office. She will push you into getting vaccines that you’re uncomfortable with and instead of giving reassurance she will very clearly make it known that she is judging you and if you ask her any questions concerning your child she gives you a very mean look and says “don’t interrupt me” so I stopped booking appointments with her because she very clearly has some kind of mood disorder, I’ve heard the same thing from friends of mine that I’ve sent to this office. If you want your child to see a kind caring doctor do not come to this office they are the absolute worst. Also your front desk staff is horrific when making an appointment they give an attitude on the phone so after a while I started booking online and all online appointments got canceled because they didn’t actually have the availability, then to the day of the appointment they’re very unpleasant and unprofessional and when people act this way they’re clearly overworked for the patient-load that dr gerba has."

"I am so happy with this office and the staff. I brought my 3 year old in a few weeks ago for a sick visit - she wasnt really sick, just wasnt sleeping and had complained her heart hurt. very odd. so I brought her in to see Dr Gerba who listened to our concerns and assessed my daughter carefully and completely. Everything was okay. Dr Gerba just called me to follow up and make sure my daughter is doing okay. He kept her in his mind which is amazing and gave me his cell number if I need to call and report any of the same symptoms again. Such a caring and amazing office. The physicians have always called me back, as late as midnight when I have called with feverish kids."

"I am a mother to a new born. I had called in when i was 7 months pregnant to interview the doctor and check out the office. Prior to coming in I had confirmed with them that they accept the insurance that I have. I was told yes. I came into the office and fell in love - the MEDICAL staff is excellent BUT the in office staff is not. They had seen my son TWO times outside the hospital to only then tell me they DO NOT accept my insurance- I then spent FIVE hours (while having a new born) contacting NYS health and changing his plan to a plan someone in the office said they accept... to only later find out that they DO NOT ACCEPT any form of my insurance. Unfortunately they should have their staff better informed or let you speak to ONE person who is informed so that an expecting mother and a mom who has a new born does not go through what i just did. the emotional distress, the aggravation. and time wasted changing plans for NO reason."
