"The service was great you could tell the woman behind the counter has been there for years. This was my first visit to a Cookout and the burger was great along with the hush puppies. They did forget my sides and I had to ask for them but other then that great experience"

"As always the drive thru line was wrapped around the and the wait was around 18 minutes. Ordered the cookout style burger tray, burger patty was cooked to a crispy hockey puck. The employee working the window was understandably harried and brusk when taking the order. Understandable to me, but then that's why I don't work customer service. When reaching the window, paying, waiting for, and receiving my order, she never made eye contact one time. Lady had me looking at her trying to make sure she wasn't someone I've wronged in the past. When leaving she mumbled the required farewell, still in a bothered tone and without eye contact of any sort."

"So we have been through many states and I keep seeing these, so I decided to go, considering they always pack. Bad decision. Everything was horrible. Service and food. We ordered at the drive thru and the chic rushed us the whole time. No one was in line when we got there. We ordered bbq sandwich and the boyfriend had a combo meal. Well they didn't give me my Cajun fries and the food was disgusting. I even got sick from the food. I will never be back. Try getting people food right and doing your job. Just laziness. The meal you all served is unacceptable."

"If I could give you no stars I would. I came through the drive thru and ordered two combos spent a little over 14 dollars ... Ate my cheeseburger which was very good and the cheese bites were good then I picked up a fry and there was hair all in the bottom which made me sick to my stomach. Which made me hope I had not ate hair... I work in the fast food industry and this was disgusting and so preventable. Hats or hair nets I would suggest and I hate this happened because cookout was one of my favorite places but I just don't see myself eating at this particular one again! I would have brought it back but I was already to far to turn around. Do better!!"
