"3 months later. Dec 2023. Management is very good at responding to post but does nothing it appears to correct the issue with her staff. The staff here tonight is obviously incompetent. The young man at the slicer stood there for 10 minutes wiping it down, mostly in the same spot. He Didn't even look at customers standing in front of him. I Arrived 35 min after placing online order that I was told wasn't ready. 10 min later I asked them to look again, it was just one sandwich. There it was just waiting with 10 (I counted them) other bags, most still empty. I've been eating JM subs since they were just "Mike's" in Point Pleasant. The two guys that ran it then would throw these employees out. It's so sad. No supervision at all I will go to Mooresville from now on. Samantha don't bother to apologize this time. You can't fix this joint. Ordered on the app arrived 25 minutes later still had to wait 15 minutes for my order while the employees cut up with one another"

"While ordering and waiting for my food the staff in the back was extremely loud, cussing and not helping the frontline staff when they were already extremely backed up. They were more worried about their side conversations, screaming profanity and laughing at each other. When they did decide to come out to help they were rushing and making our order incorrectly. They also made sure to ask the front what time it was in hopes it was close to closing time, when in fact there was well over an hour left when we entered the store."

"Went in to grab my online order and the young lady that was not helping other customers says to her significant other, see I told you this always happens when I try to sit down. It took her 30 seconds to hand me my food then I tell her thank you and she doesn't even have te respect to say your welcome or anything just walks away like I've ruined her day. Management needs to stress to there employees that 6 seconds can ruin a simple customers interaction."

"I eat here all the time. Never jad a problem till tonight. Ordered online. Went to pick it up and when I got home. I see they gave me the wrong order. I go back and said I received the wrong order. All I got was a damn attitude and all the employees were talking about me while I was standing right there mocking me while remaking my sandwiches. All were black and looked at me like I was a POS white person. I will never ever eat here again. Nothing but racist employees."

"So I love Jersey Mikes but this store makes me furious. I have spoke with the owner about all the issues he said he would send me coupons for free sandwich’s never received them. Have been several times since and it never seems to get better. Kids without a manager are not professional at all. I think we need a New Jersey Mikes in sStatesville with a new owner and new management. We did an online order through the App and we showed up 30 minutes later, our food wasn’t ready I’m ok with that but watched people come in order their food and walk out with it while we were still waiting and all they had to do to finish was make a cold Turkey with cheese lettuce and Mayo. Pretty sure I won’t be back anymore. I am in the restaurant business I know it can be a hard job, but I refuse to put up with lazy, rude kids that are truly running this place in the ground."
