"We were the only people in the drive thru and didn’t noticed that the one we pulled into was “mobile only”. When we got to the speaker. She told us that in order to order (not mobile) we have to either back up or drive around and get in the OTHER LANE. Since there was absolutely nobody else in any line, we were able to do that, and, surprise, the same exact girl answered the speaker. That is absolutely pitiful that she couldn’t just take our order the first time, and we had to back up. Then when I got my food, it was wrong. Will not come here again.such poor customer service to make you back up and go to a different Speaker and give an order to the same exact person when there’s no one else in line."

"This taco bell blows balls!!! Sat in drive thru for a mobile order for 10 minutes and no one even answered. Pulled up to the window and sat for 5 minutes and had to finally honk the horn. If I hadn't placed a mobile order I would have left, but it takes forever for them to refund the money.... Taco Bell turnersburg hwy DO BETTER!!"

"This Taco Bell is clean, having undergone a major renovation last year. The people who work here have always been polite and friendly to me. The food is good. (Definitely better than the other one in town.) I primarily order thru the app and pick up at the restaurant. The food has always been hot and freshly prepared. We normally get lunch but enjoy their breakfast offerings every so often. You cannot go wrong with their breakfast Crunchwrap!"
