Taco Bell

"This is the only Taco Bell I really like. It's always nice and clean inside and the food's good. We go through the drive-thru quite often and have no problems with the food order or staff because they're always friendly."

"The Signal Hill location is a TOTAL DUMPSTER FIRE! We went through the drive thru and they got our order totally wrong (as usual, but it's close to home). Went inside to have it corrected and stood at the counter for 30 minutes waiting for someone to help me and the 9 people in line behind me while the manager player on their phone showing the other employee. I finally asked loudly for help at the counter, everyone in the restaurant cheered. I yelled for help 2 more times before someone finally came to the counter to help me and then he was a total jerk to me. I waited 8 more minutes before anyone came back to the counter to bring food to someone that came in before me. Needless to say, this is the 8th or 9th time this has happened. We kept going back in hopes things would change! NOT A CHANCE! We won't be back and will be sharing our experience with anyone who will listen."

"I ordered a taco bell grande (combo), which I had not ordered in years - since it was shaped like an edible bowl and came in a box! So I thought I would give it a try. I saw that it came in the same type of container that the nachos supreme, (which I miss), USED to come in. It was good. But I was disappointed because there was WAY MORE chips than toppings. The toppings wasn't even spread out on the chips! It was like on big glob in the middle! So I doubt I'll be getting that again! The taco supreme that came with it was perfect, filled to the top and balanced just right! Delicious! I wish I had gotten the taco Supreme combo, like I normally do. But I wanted to try something different..."

"Chicken Burrito tasted like straight onion, I spit it out and had to pick majority of it off. Cinnabon bites were 2 quarter sized balls enough for a tease. Cheese Quesodilla had cheese mostly on one side. The Cinnabon was good and the one half of the Quesodilla was good."

"Went around 9pm, store was empty and there seemed to be no one working up front. The store was a mess, stuff on tables and on the floor. Used the machines to order and pay ($18~), waited for about 5 minutes at the counter before someone even noticed us and asked if we wanted to order. Took another 15 to even receive the food only for them to forget one of the items. The chicken roll ups were hot but that was the only thing that was. We got 2 orders of the bean sides that were inedible, one taco supreme was covered in tomato water and sticky, and one of the enchiritos were made completely wrong. They were out of Mild sauce. We ended up eating in our car, and for the half hour we were eating, the manager was outside smoking for like half of it. Only reason for 2 stars, is for the younger guy who was the only one to bother interacting with us, thanks for the free drink!"
