"I brought my dog in for grooming as I usually do monthly, and he looked great after the grooming. When we picked him up to bring him home, he kept having issues with his right eye, he was blinking a lot and his eye was red. I tried flushing his eye that same night at home, but nothing changed. I called the salon the next day and spoke with the manager who was also the one that provided the grooming service to him, and explained what was going on and she said she was going to wait for another manager to come in and then give me a call back with a possible solution. Needless to say I never heard back from either one of them and now it’s two days later and I still have not heard back from them. I will not be bringing either of my dogs back to the site for Grooming."

"Rachel is very good at what she does. The only thing is that she took too much hair around the face of my cat and I asked her to make sure I stay full. Also she did show me the length of the cut, but I didn’t realize it was gonna be that close of a cut. I wanted it trimmed down some but not extremely cut so low. Other than that she’s a very good groomer."
