"We were referred to this jeweler for a repair on a diamond necklace my girlfriend has. They repaired it incorrectly not once, not twice, not three times but FOUR times. Had to go down there 3 times for no reason. After they finally repaired it correctly, she asked for a discount for the inconvenience. No hostility towards the owner or his shop. The owner got money out of the register and threw it in her face and began yelling at her and that he was going to be taking her to court for everything she owns. Safe to say her engagement ring won’t be bought at this store! I recommend taking your jewelers elsewhere if you need a repair."
