"I had a small break in my silver ring that needed sautering and took it to the Crabtree location. Unfortunately there is now significant damage to the interior of the ring that looks like burns (pictured) and damage to the azurite stone. I’m so disappointed I wasn’t warned that this repair could cause damage to other parts of the ring. The least I can do is hope this review will help save someone else’s piece! I think this repair would have been fine had my band been silver only, but I wouldn’t recommend repair here if you have a valuable piece or stone based on this experience."
