"My husband and I went into the Zales inside Crabtree Valley Mall. I wanted to get a jacket band for my wedding ring. I found the one I loved. Store Manager GUESSED what size the new ring should be. I paid $88.00 for a repair. A week later, I come back to Zales to pick up my ring to find out it was not sized correctly. Another employee there then said, "I apologize, let's get it sized properly. I will rush at no extra cost." IT WAS NOT RUSHED. Took longer than the 1st time it was sent to repair. For a 3rd time I come into Zales, and the ring is not sized correctly. NOW I AM UPSET. They are wasting my time and money. A woman then said, "The problem is, in order for it to fit on your finger, your current wedding band needs to be made bigger so it sits into the jacket band and then can fit on your finger." I asked her, "Why didn't anyone tell me that the first time?" She couldn't answer, I said, "Josh was the one who helped us." She said, "Oh he's our Store Manager." I said, "The Store Manager doesn't know what he does then." She didn't know what to say. So disappointing. She then asked, "What would make you happy?" I said, "I want my money back." She gave me a refund and I walked out. Never again will I go to Zales in Crabtree Valley Mall, nor do I recommend you do. AND CAN I ADD, THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE!!!! The lame excuse is, "It's super busy." I called several times during the day; you can't tell me you're that busy you cannot answer a phone. Proper customer service etiquette says, answer the phone, advise customer it's busy and take a name and number to call back. Takes 2 seconds!!! Never again."
