"I have done my own therapy for over 5 years. This place was nothing but red flag after red flag. They don't post their hours, and it turns out they only do late, late appointments. Like 7:30pm and on. They do not operate in normal business hours, which is fine, but when you are trying to get in contact with them you won't hear back until the sun is down. When my husband and I had our first appointment, we walked in and there is no check in. We sat for several minutes alone. I ended up knocking on one of the doors as there was a woman on the phone inside. We said we had a 7:30pm appointment. She had us come in, and as we started talking, she was scrolling through her phone the entire time. She was apparently looking for our information. 0 preparation. Then it turns out she was not even the provider we were supposed to see. Incredible lack of communication and organization. She had no idea who we were and if she had an appointment but just...had us come in and sit down. Bizarre. So since we had been in there for several minutes, we go to the correct providers room. And repeat ourselves since we just laid out the issues with the wrong person. He did not say a single word until the last...5 minutes of the session? Got 0 insight, help, advice, nothing. I decided to give it another shot so I scheduled again. We go in for our session and this guy just blocked any conversation that could be had. He just kept repeating the same thing over and over again that basically our relationship is failing, in response to anything I wanted to talk through with my husband. He allowed no conversation to happen. I felt unheard, unseen, disrespected, and unimportant. The appointments are an hour, but this time I walked out around minute 8. My husband and I just ended up talking on our own after we left because no productive conversation was going to happen in that office. I don't know how we could've filled up an entire hour appointment with this guy repeatedly shutting me down whenever I wanted to share my thoughts and feelings. The only reason I came here is because most couples councilors are booked way out, and Anchored was available. I entirely see why now. Do your relationship a favor and get on a waitlist for literally anywhere else."
