"My boyfriend & I had our second appointment this afternoon at the Charlotte Southend Brilliant Earth location. I have had such a wonderful experience with this company every time I have gone either in person to the shop or speaking with representatives over the phone. My boyfriend and I are looking specifically here for my future engagement ring, and I absolutely love the style variety, impressive quality, and affordability options. Today, we had the pleasure of working Brisia. She is so lovely, professional, and knowledgeable. Today’s focus for the appointment was specifically to hone in on deciphering between two specific cuts that I prefer, a side-by-side representation of lab created vs moissanite, and viewing the caret sizes physically on my ring finger. The appointment flowed so seamlessly, and we had a great time while still getting to the point and focusing on making final decisions for the customization of our dream ring. Ultimately, I found most of the options to be so beautiful so I’m leaving a ton of surprise elements up to my future fiancé. I know my partner understands my vision, however, I have 100% confidence that Brisia is going to make this process so much better as they work together behind the scenes! I have been following Brilliant Earth for years on social media and it’s such a blessing to have the opportunity to go in person to the show room so close to my neighborhood. I’m convinced there is something unique & gorgeous for everyone here!"

"We bought all of our rings from Brilliant Earth. I can't speak for the engagement ring, since that was a surprise :) However, the 2 wedding bands we bought were purchased in person. Everyone we spoke with was so helpful and sweet. Destiny was the absolute best! She brought out a ton of options for us to try on and answered all of our questions.
