"Last night (11/20) I was in Lovisa store and store associate is completely unprofessional and also very rude to me. We were around 7:15 pm and she is rude at the billing counter as well. Hope Lovisa will lose business only because of the rude behaviors from your store associate. Hope it will be fixed soon. Also hereafter i wont visit that store and make sure same things with my friends/family as well. without 1 star , I wont able to post the comment. so giving it (in my mind star will be in negative)"

"If I could rate my experience a zero I would! It’s not just this location that has horrible customer service the Premium Outlets location is just as bad, however, Northlake put the icing on the cake!! I purchased a defective item from the Premium outlets location and when I tried to exchange it for an item that wasn’t defective I was refused. I understand your store policy but I also expect you stand behind your merchandise. So I reached out to customer service who advised that I could return the merchandise for a full refund or exchange, to simply go to the store show them the email and my issue would be resolved. Instead of going back to the Premium outlets location which is 30 mins away I made the horrible mistake of going to the Northlake location!! The assistant store manger who refused to give her name, and also refused to even read the email from customer service, said that she would only exchange it out for the same defective item I originally purchased!! I tried to explain to her the situation but she was stuck on not reading the email from customer service and making her own decision! I asked her to call the store a manager and she refused! She then told me to contact coorperate internationally via phone, but of course she didn’t have a phone number. I was so disgusted to say the least. I was foolishly even trying to exchange my defective item for something else and purchasing more items as well! She was so rude and incompetent! I simply grabbed my defective merchandise put it back in the bag, and didn’t purchase anything else! I wouldn’t suggest this store to anyone until they undergo customer service 101. The overall experience was horrific and disgusting to say the least! Buyers PLEASE BEWARE!!!"

"I was in the Northlake Mall Charlotte, NC store on June 1, 2023. There were two associates present. No one ever greeted me or asked if I needed help. However as soon as my daughter tried on a headband one associate quickly informed me that, trying them on wasn’t allowed. Once I made my purchased neither of the two ladies asked me anything! I will NEVER visit this location again. Very unprofessional. Sadly, I do like the variety/selection of the nose rings especially. Another lady came in as well and she was treated the same way. BEWARE off this location! Currently, thinking about returning my items"

"Staff very unprofessional. Was shopping with my little sister and cashier came up to me with a red basket asking if I had anything in my purse. When I asked her to repeat herself she said can I leave and never come back. Just to give some perspective. My purse it’s a micro bag that only fits my credit card, and it never left my shoulder. Before I got to the mall my sister was sending me pictures of the earrings that would go with my outfit for an event that I have this evening and she said the same lady asked her was she gonna take pictures or actually buy something. As business owner this experience was beyond unacceptable. No one else was in the store and I understand why. I will make it my business to inform everyone on my social media platform about my experience at this store in Northlake mall in Charlotte."
